We are proud to award the September WOM to Linda West! She has been training with us for over 7 years and shows that age is just a number! Fitness is a way for her to do the things she loves in life and be active into her 70’s! How is TFW different from what you've done in the past?  In the past I was left to my own devices with not a lot of structure and just worked out depending on how I felt that day. Therefore never getting the results I hoped for. I love the variety of what we do at TFW, and that everything is customized for my personal abilities and goals….my personality likes being surprised by what we are going to do each time! It’s never boring!
