Here we are — the back half of the year has officially kicked off.

1. What’s actually made you feel better this year?
Think beyond numbers and look at quality of life. What habits or routines gave you more energy, confidence, or calm?
Maybe it was morning walks.
Maybe you started eating more protein at breakfast.
Maybe you said “no” a little more often and protected your time.
2. What’s felt draining or just doesn’t fit anymore?
Some things might’ve sounded good in January but haven’t worked in real life. Be honest.
Maybe long, intense workouts feel like a chore.
Maybe you’re skipping meals and running on fumes.
Maybe your calendar is packed with obligations that leave zero room for you.
3. What’s one small, realistic change that could make the rest of the year smoother?
Don’t overthink this.
Pack your lunch three times a week.
Take a 10-minute stretch break before bed.
Get outside for a short walk after dinner.
Shut down screens by 10:30pm.
None of this is about perfection — it’s about direction.
