Craving something savory you can grab and go—but don’t want to rely on protein bars or processed snacks?

These Turkey & Veggie Wrap-Ups are your new favorite!

✔️ High in protein
✔️ Crunchy, flavorful, and satisfying
✔️ No cooking required!

Here’s what you need (makes 6 wrap-ups):

  • 6 slices cooked nitrate-free turkey or chicken breast
  • 6 thin slices of cucumber or bell pepper strips
  • 6 small slices of avocado
  • Handful of baby spinach or arugula
  • 2 tbsp hummus 
  • Everything bagel seasoning or black pepper to taste

Instructions:
1. Lay out one slice of turkey, spread a thin layer of hummus across it.
2. Add a few leaves of spinach, a strip of cucumber or pepper, and a slice of avocado.
3. Sprinkle with seasoning, then roll it up!
4. Secure with a toothpick if needed and toss them in a container for easy, on-the-go snacking.

That’s it—fresh, filling, and full of flavor.

Pro Tip: Worried about the avocado turning brown?
👉 Toss your avocado slices in a little lemon or lime juice before adding them to the wraps.
👉 Or skip the slices and pack a single-serve guacamole cup on the side for easy dipping!
